Native Translations - Costing

How much does a high-quality translation cost? The answer may not be entirely satisfying: it depends. In any case probably less than you imagine. Costs depend on the amount of text and the level of difficulty involved as well as on the number of people involved in the translation production chain (i.e. proofreaders, editors, project managers, agencies).

At Native Translations, we strive to keep costs low by maintaining a lean organization. Besides the project manager and the translator, there is probably no one else involved in the process. Initial proofreading is done by the translator him- or herself. Costs are thus largely determined by the type and length of text.
